The first customer Lynx D-Type Jaguar, and 1977 MOTOR test car. It was brought to the US by Anatoly Arutunoff and was equipped with a 4.2 litre motor. As one of the first cars built, this particular example had more E-type bits than its later siblings. For example, it was a wet sump car, and used E-type gauges. It was the only Lynx fitted with a windshield wiper motor.

The foam in fuel cell bit the dust, hence the removal of the rear portion of bodywork.
