Frame, suspension, firewall, transmission tunnel fabrication by Casanova Racing in San Jose CA. Joe Casanova has been involved with 300mph + E-Blown-Gas Bonneville streamliners, hot rods, and sports racers. Cotati Speed Shop fininshed the fender beading on the reshaped fenders. With approximately 330-350hp, it goes without saying that this is a quick MG. The frame and suspension modifications take it to a level far beyond a T-series with a big motor shoehorned under the bonnet.

Details and Commentary on some of the photos in the BAT gallery

Latch

The missing screw in this latch has been replaced.

Earlyphoto

This is the earliest photo we have. The Centerline wheels were ditched immediately, and British Wire Wheel of Santa Cruz CA laced up these 72 spoke wheels, which still stuck way out of the rear fender line before narrowing the rear end. At this point it had cowl mounted wipers like a TF, but those were deleted by my father for aesthetic reasons.

fender

In harsh light, the fender edges show slight rippling, as there's no filler.

speedo-gps

This is the GPS unit for the speedo. It's in the back corner of the passenger compartment under the tonneau cover.
