Chinatown, San Francisco
This painting was derived from one of those magical rainy days in Chinatown. I set up my easel outside the Far East Cafe, my favorite Chinatown eatery, and while leaning under an overhang to keep from getting wet, recorded the glistening Motor ambling down the street (with a sack full of cheap gifts) through one of my favorite parts of San Francisco.
